Corporate Functions
Booking contract: A signed contract and nonrefundable 50% deposit are required at time of booking to secure your date. Thirty (30) days prior to event date, the balance is due. See contract for full booking policies.

Winter Sleigh Ride & Dinner
Advanced, prepaid reservations are required by contacting the Bogus Creek Office. Confirmed reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be rescheduled. However, reservations are transferable to another party.

Western Action Adventure Show
Advanced, prepaid reservations are required by contacting the Bogus Creek Office. Confirmed reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be rescheduled. However, reservations are transferable to another party.

Weddings
Booking Contract: A signed contract and the location fee are required at the time of booking to secure your date. There will be a sixty (60) day payment required with the balance due ten (10) days before your event.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

A few Ada County Requirements:
Food and beverage catering provided solely through The Phoenix Catering Company, no outside caterers allowed Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto The Ranch by any client at any time. Alcoholic beverages available solely through The Phoenix Catering Company Events must end at or before sunset in the summer season
